Booking FAQs:

Payment for single treatments: Choose to pay upfront by card when you book, or securely store your card details when booking and then make easy payment at the time of your treatment. PayID/bank transfer and (exact) cash are also accepted at the time of treatment.

Payment for packages or gift certificates: Pay upfront by card when you book, within the secure Acuity Scheduling platform.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the treatment time incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Rescheduling: Click ‘reschedule’ on the booking confirmation or appointment reminder email.

No email? If you didn’t receive a confirmation or reminder email, please check your junk mail folder. Reach out to me to resend if necessary.

Health Insurance: I am not yet registered for health insurance claims, I will be registering in November 2025. Until then, my rate is less than the amount you pay if you claim health insurance elsewhere.

10% off your first treatment offer: Sign up for offers and receive a code for 10% off to apply when you book. This offer applies to single 60 or 90 minute treatments only, not packages or gift certificates.

Extras?: This is a therapeutic massage service only, no sexual services provided. Any request for sexual services or sexual behavior and police will be called immediately, with the full amount payable for the treatment.
