I offer treatments for 45, 60, 90 and 120 minutes at the dreamy massage studio, Ma Saj, in Carlton North. Choose from:

• Euphoria, a restorative, hypnotic relaxation treatment

• Deep Remedy, a deep-tissue, remedial treatment

• Real Remedial, deep-tissue treatment claimable on health insurance, and

• Babe, a supportive pregnancy massage.

My treatments are designed to calm your mind and down-regulate your nervous system. Some clients also experience emotional release and spiritual states.

Each session begins with a chat about any tension or pain, relevant medical conditions or injuries, preferred pressure, and what you are really wanting to experience in the treatment.

You are welcome to share as much or as little as you are comfortable with about your mental and emotional state.

Once changed and ready on the table, your body is draped at all times, except the part I am massaging.

While contacting your back through the towel, I talk you through a guided process to help you sense your body and breath; a point of focus that you can return to at any time.

We move into silence during the massage, but do communicate with me about pressure, comfort, temperature, or whatever you need.

Your Soul Glow massage finishes with me verbally guiding you to sense your body in the room, leaving you revitalised and refreshed.
