What happens in a Soul Glow massage?
I focus treatment to your preference for relaxation or deep tissue remedial massage. Or, we can do a mix of both!
My treatments are designed to calm your mind and down-regulate your nervous system. Some clients experience emotional release and spiritual states.
I am trained in pregnancy massage, so pregnant clients are most welcome (please book a Little Light or Soul Mama treatment).
Each session begins with a chat about any areas of focus, your preferred massage style and pressure.
Once changed and ready on the table, your body is draped at all times, except the part I am massaging.
I help you sense your body and breath, a point of focus that you can return to at any time.
We move into silence during the massage, but do communicate with me as you need to.
Your Soul Glow massage finishes with me guiding you to sense your body in the room, leaving you revitalised and refreshed.
